Josh Kupsch has the right idea. He makes Glühwein (basically, mulled wine) and cheese fondue as a holiday treat. For mulling spice, he turns to Provisions by Duchess. Side note: I previously shared my own mulled wine recipe for a City and Dale post. Josh goes to Paddy's Cheese Market for some cheese (I also recommend Cavern), and adds Schladerer Kirschwasser for authenticity.
